From its revival in 1987, the Band was governed on an ad-hoc basis by a small committee of founding members. In 2003, in order to promote the continued survival of the Band and after suitable research, a Constitution was created and adopted by the membership at that time. Our Constitution allows the Band to do fundraising and apply for grants to support its continued operation.
