While the primary purpose of the Band is to perform for regimental events of the British Columbia Regiment, we are also active in the community and perform at many external events. The Band has been known to do all kinds of gigs – parades, weddings, festivals, sporting events, private parties, and more! We do request a reasonable donation to the Society for any of our performances, and we promise it won’t break the bank.
The Band is based out of Downtown Vancouver, but our performances have taken us all over the Lower Mainland, the province, and the world (we’ve been as far away as the Netherlands)! For appearances outside the Lower Mainland, the band asks that the event coordinators cover the cost of transportation to the gig in addition to the donation to the Society.
